Hello, I’m Dr.Yogi Gundamraj, a board-certified doctor in addiction medicine. My team and I have one mission: to provide you the best medical care and compassionate support to help you recover from addictions and the harmful behaviors related to them.

We want to help as many people as possible. That’s why we offer tele-medicine services to anyone in the state of Wisconsin. For some though, in-person treatment works better. We have a physical clinic in the Milwaukee metro area
Convenient and affordable
While we don’t currently accept insurance, we have affordable rates. We also offer tele-medicine services (in addition to our physical location) to make it easier for you.
